There being one, the minutes of the meeting were approved with correction relating to a a tavern licensing matter (Onyx). Ald. Terry Witkowski moved that the Council move into a committeee of the whole. The officer's partner and Police Chief Flynn, Ald. Witkowski, Puente, Dudzik, Donovan and Davis escorted retired police officer Graham Kunisch and his son Benjamin to the podium.
